After graduating from NUS with a double major in Finance and Marketing, Luvianne had a stellar career in HR which spanned more than 10 years. During her stint as a regional HR practitioner, she worked in various reputable MNCs such as Morgan Stanley, Mercer, Cardinal Health, etc, which enabled her to hone her interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
Despite her achievements in her HR career, Luvianne paused to reflect on her path ahead and decided to go for a career that she had always wanted to pursue. She went for the RES courses and exams and passed with flying colours. She took this as a sign that she should venture into the real-estate industry, and she has never looked back since.
Luvianne believes in giving the best for her clients. She creates professional home tour videos and she is savvy with social media marketing on top of the traditional way of advertising on property portals. With these, she is able to assist sellers to achieve higher seller price in a shorter period of time.
As for property investors and buyers, Luvianne always provides in depth analysis to assist them to strategise the right move.
What motivates her most is when her clients place their trust in her, knowing that she will treat their situation and aspirations as if it is her own.
